WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Upon submission, 833PROBAID® promptly reviews your application, evaluates your qualifications, and verifies the information and supporting documentation provided, including licensing, insurance, W-9s (when applicable), service capabilities, and coverage areas.
If additional information or documentation is required, our team will contact you directly. Approved vendors are added to the 833PROBAID® Vendor Network and contacted for assignments based on service area, availability, qualifications, and the specific requirements of each case.
Submission of a Vendor Intake Application does not guarantee approval, placement in the vendor network, or future work assignments.
